Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business corporate partnerships across Allied Sports’ diverse roster of property partners
- Proactively and independently identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities at the regional, national, and global levels
- Play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and lead strategic approach of customized ROI-driven proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partner goals and initiatives
- Lead all elements of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, ideating, pitching, and negotiating to close
- Collaborate with internal Partnership Solutions leads to develop partnership platforms and applicable asset compilations
- Build strong relationships across property client key stakeholders
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for assigned property clients and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets
- Deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for Allied Sports internal leadership and property clients
Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in driving high-value, multi-year partnerships with leading brands and properties
- Established connections with senior leaders at top companies across a wide range of industries and geographies
- Deep understanding of the Sports & Entertainment landscape with sports property / league or agency experience preferred
- Strong ability to problem-solve independently and in a group, team environment
- Excellent time management, relationship, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed (which could include weekends)
Considerations
Base salary: $150K–160K annually + Bonus Potential
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri)
