About the role

Rocket Travel is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships to join our growing Partnership team. The ideal candidate will own regional partnerships with white label, loyalty program partners, grow existing partnerships, establish KPIs, negotiate commercial terms, partner with product and engineering teams, and collaborate with leadership across Booking Holdings.

Responsibilities

  • Own Regional Partnerships with white label, loyalty program partners
  • Grow existing partnerships by analyzing data and strategizing around trends
  • Establish team and partner KPIs to guide measurements of success
  • Negotiate commercial terms with existing and potential new partners
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to define and deliver product features
  • Partner with leadership across Booking Holdings to grow strategic partnerships
  • Lead meetings and present to key stakeholders, including the executive C-suite level
  • Ensure a focus centered around solving pain points for customers
  • Manage deadlines and balance between short and long-term projects
  • Be scrappy and resourceful in managing projects

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B2C, partner management, or travel
  • Proven experience leading, motivating, and growing a team
  • Outcome-driven, providing specific instances of leading a team and hitting KPIs
  • Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to key stakeholders, including the executive C-suite level
  • Customer-focused, ensuring a focus centered around solving pain points for customers
  • Familiarity with key business tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Understanding of business objectives and ability to establish goals for self, team, and partners
  • Strong knowledge of technology and product development with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset, seeking feedback and incorporating it into performance

  • Ability to work within the NYC metro area
  • Willingness to start within three weeks of acceptance

Benefits

Base salary range: $193,000 - 227,000

Annual bonus and equity grant eligibility
