Responsibilities

• Align organizational strategies with enterprise business priorities alongside executive leaders.
• Assess and improve organizational effectiveness to enhance performance and collaboration.
• Lead initiatives in organization design and workforce alignment.
• Develop strategies supporting talent mobility and leadership effectiveness.
• Equip teams with tools and frameworks for effective organizational solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in organizational strategy, effectiveness, human capital consulting, or related fields.
• Experience in management consulting and in-house roles in life sciences or healthcare preferred.
• Proven success in leading transformation and workforce strategy initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills.

Pay

$219,000 – $285,000 annually
