Senior Director, Organizational Change Management

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive change management strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support for change initiatives
• Craft effective communication plans tailored to diverse audience needs
• Conduct change impact analyses and devise mitigation strategies
• Oversee training programs to prepare employees for new processes
• Align organizational cultures post-acquisition to foster unity and collaboration
• Define KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage budget and team operations for communication projects
• Establish a change network of champions to advocate for new practices
• Serve as a key business partner to the Executive Leadership Team, providing data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• 15+ years proven experience in change management, focusing on ERP
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation processes
• Experience driving business results in a manufacturing setting
• Strong project management skills for overseeing multiple initiatives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time

Pay

$200,000 – $275,000 annually
