Senior Director, Operations - West Region

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains in a complex logistics environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational culture by fostering a high-performance, values-driven environment
• Drive manufacturing excellence through accountability to the excellence roadmap
• Implement lean practices and root-cause problem solving to improve processes
• Oversee successful piloting and launch of new products
• Maintain safe operations and uphold quality compliance and performance
• Develop leadership and technical skills through targeted development
• Optimize cost structure through simplification and COGS-reduction initiatives
• Forecast workforce needs with data-driven planning
• Foster relationships across teams by promoting inclusive leadership
• Maintain productive work environments that support employee well-being

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering or business
• Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of manufacturing experience in packaging, process engineering, warehousing, and assembly
• 5+ years of demonstrated people-leadership experience
• Prior Plant Management and multi-site leadership experience
• Proven application of lean tools and systems for continuous improvement
• Operational and financial acumen with experience on key performance metrics

Pay

$230,000 – $250,000 annually
