Qualifications

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management or related healthcare roles
- Experience collaborating with C-suite leaders and physician leadership
- Expertise in operations management, financial management, and strategic planning is a must
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential
