Responsibilities
- Establish a leading training department aligned with organization-wide learning objectives
- Conduct learning needs assessments with business owners to identify skill gaps
- Define and implement effective learning mixes tailored to target audiences
- Create standard Launch Excellence models for new product rollouts
- Develop and facilitate engaging workshops on disease states and contextual selling skills
- Oversee vendor identification, selection, and relationship management for training projects
- Lead resource allocation and budgeting in the business planning process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in commercial or medical roles in Biotech/Pharma, field sales experience a plus
- 5+ years in training leadership, field team training preferred
- Proven collaboration with leadership teams
- Experience in aligning strategic needs with curriculum development
- Exceptional clinical insight across various therapeutic areas
- Strong vendor management and internal negotiation experience
