  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to promote a shift-left quality approach, ensuring testing and risk assessment are embedded from the earliest design stages.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted testing capabilities, including automated test generation, intelligent analysis, and quality validation for AI-assisted software development.

  • Standardize testing tools, environments, and processes while overseeing QA budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.
  • Communicate quality strategy, technical risks, and organizational priorities to executive stakeholders while influencing engineering decisions across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10-15 years of experience in software quality engineering, including extensive leadership experience managing QA managers and large, distributed teams.
  • Proven success leading quality assurance across enterprise-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms with expertise in manual, automated, and performance testing.
  • Strong knowledge of modern automation frameworks and testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, and performance testing solutions including JMeter, k6, Gatling, or Locust.
  • Experience integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, containerization, SQL, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience applying AI-powered development and testing tools to improve automation, test design, and quality analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead organizational change.
  • Experience with observability, accessibility, security testing, regulated environments, or large-scale enterprise software is considered an advantage.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and employer-paid life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Fully paid parental leave program.
  • Generous paid time off and paid company holidays.
  • Flexible work schedules and remote work opportunities.
  • Dedicated Quiet Fridays with no non-essential internal meetings.
  • Casual and collaborative work environment.
  • Mental health resources and wellbeing support.
