Senior Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities

Create and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability.

Develop, Identify, and close new customer opportunities.

Partner with marketing to plan and coordinate product launches including positioning, pricing, training, product promotions, support, and competitive response.

Monitor competitive and market activity, provide feedback and recommendations to the business units and executive team.

Provide timely and accurate customer demand forecast.

Recruit, hire, and develop your sales team.

Qualifications

Experience leading and managing direct sales.

Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and close opportunities.

Successful experience leading, managing, and developing teams.

Proven ability to recruit and hire key talent.

Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in our target markets including broadband, WiFi, wireless, and enterprise customers.

Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field + 14 years of experience, or MS + 12 years of experience.

Compensation And Benefits

MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.

MaxLinear's good faith estimate starting base salary range is: $ 213,000 to $ 260,000 Annually.
