About the role
The Senior Director of Sales & Growth is an executive leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that supports aggressive expansion goals. This individual will oversee the sales function, optimize client acquisition systems, and build a high-performance team focused on delivering a premium client experience. This role reports directly to the CEO and works cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and legal leadership to drive predictable and scalable growth.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Experience in a senior leadership position
