Our sister company, Abbott Metal Werks, runs domestic CNC machining, Swiss Screw, and cold-formed production right here in the U.S. We don't just sell fasteners. We engineer solutions. We're entering our next chapter and looking for a sales leader who wants to build something, not just manage it.
Requirements
- 10+ years in fastener or industrial distribution sales, with 5+ in senior leadership
- Proven track record of building sales teams and scaling revenue
- Deep knowledge of the fastener industry: products, applications, supply chain
- Experience selling into OEM, distributor, and project-based channels
- Strong commercial instincts: pricing, margin, competitive positioning
- Entrepreneurial mindset. You want to write the playbook, not follow one
- Willingness to travel as needed (30-40%)
Nice to Have
- Relationships across the fastener and industrial distribution landscape
- Experience with domestic manufacturing sales (CNC, cold forming, Swiss Screw)
- Background selling into diverse industrial sectors: energy, solar, automotive, construction, electronics, agriculture, and more
- Familiarity with Salesforce or modern CRM platforms
