Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage worldwide demand generation across all Rippling products using a mix of paid and organic efforts.
  • Optimize budgets to hit or exceed targets and continuously refine channel and campaign allocations.
  • Build an experimentation engine to fuel scale and efficiency gains; optimize via test and learn.
  • Establish processes to operate a centralized worldwide performance marketing team with stakeholders across geographies and product lines.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-caliber team of paid marketers who consistently meet or exceed targets. Manage vendors to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build and iterate on campaigns. Partner closely with growth stakeholders to share learnings, brainstorm, and report on results.
  • Create a measurement ecosystem to track leading indicators and KPIs throughout the funnel through revenue retention.
  • Pick up IC initiatives to maximize team impact. Embrace the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and execute directly.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience, with at least 6 in performance marketing. Less experience will be considered if you have a proven track record in building agentic workflows for performance marketing.
  • 5+ years managing a team of > 6 marketers.
  • End-to-end ownership. Execute flawlessly and take projects across the finish line. Own mistakes and learn from them.
  • Natural communicator. Clearly articulate thoughts and adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Deliver outsized results by partnering with others across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills. Uncover insights to inform your team’s initiative roadmap.
  • Deep marketing channel expertise spanning paid social platforms, Google SEM, Bing Search, ChatGPT ads, Display, YouTube, affiliate marketing, and landing page optimization.
  • Able to think outside the box. Identify incremental value for Rippling beyond traditional marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience, with at least 6 in performance marketing.
  • 5+ years managing a team of > 6 marketers.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Deep marketing channel expertise.
  • Agility and speed. Constantly try new ideas, pivot when necessary, and scale successful strategies quickly.
  • Ability to think outside the platforms. Identify ways to capture incremental value for Rippling beyond traditional marketing channels.
