Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Marketing Leadership
- Drive the evolution of subscription and membership strategies
- Leverage CRM data and audience insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and offer development
- Partner with analytics team members to build reporting frameworks and track KPIs
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Oversee post-campaign analysis and continuous improvement processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and manage revenue goals and marketing budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign strategy, audience development, and team leadership
- Preferred: Experience in the arts, entertainment, or nonprofit sector; experience with subscription or membership-based business models; familiarity with Tessitura or a comparable CRM/ticketing platform; advanced degree in Marketing, Arts Management, Business, or a related field

Work Environment
- Some evening and weekend work is expected to support performances, events, and community engagement efforts.
