About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create and execute social media campaigns
  • Engage with customers through social media channels
  • Analyze social media performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategy with overall business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
  • Experience with SEO and content creation
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
