About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create and execute social media campaigns
- Engage with customers through social media channels
- Analyze social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategy with overall business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
- Experience with SEO and content creation
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
