Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of three based in India, helping them grow and develop.
- Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market: Own and execute Asymbl's integrated marketing strategy across the full product portfolio. Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation.
- Demand Generation & Operations: Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to design and execute multi-channel demand programs. Align marketing programs to pipeline targets; monitor and report on conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence.
- Sales Enablement & GTM Materials: Build and maintain the library of sales GTM materials and ensure product launches are supported with materials that let sales position confidently from day one.
- Events & Webinars: Lead the strategy and execution of Asymbl’s events program.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role at a technology company.
- Strong background spanning both go-to-market strategy and product marketing; proven track record of building and executing marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams with a player-coach approach.
- Data-driven decision maker; comfortable in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience operating in a fast-moving environment where you set direction and execute simultaneously.
