About the Role
The Senior Director of Manufacturer Partnerships (internally known as PARTnership Builder) drives growth by building strong partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities, and increasing revenue across key OEM markets. This role leads post-launch partnership growth—identifying expansion opportunities, cultivating relationships, and executing deals. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop creative growth strategies, deliver customer-focused solutions, and turn market insights into measurable results. As a trusted advisor and people leader, you’ll inspire high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and drive long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Support the growth of an established business portfolio while identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve sales and company objectives through strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels within assigned OEM partners.
- Manage and prioritize resources to maximize growth opportunities and business results.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial account management team.
- Serve as a trusted business leader and mentor, driving business development strategies while coaching teams through change and growth.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to secure and execute new business opportunities.
- Utilize reporting and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Proactively build and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth consultative and collaborative sales environment.
- Proven track record in national account leadership, account development, project management, and data management.
- Strong business development and leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring teams.
- Exceptional people and presentation skills.
- Passion for complex sales negotiations, presentations, and supporting manufacturer supply chain partners.
- Humble, team-driven mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive culture.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to accommodate 30-40% travel time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Qlik, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Expertise in analyzing and reviewing sales data and trends.
- Customer-centric sales approach with a focus on value propositions.
- Confident, persuasive presentation skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain and marketing.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $140,733.65 – $210,238.15 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company, with additional opportunities for profit-sharing and annual bonuses depending on the role.
