About the role

Lead your own team. You'll manage a media buyer, copywriter, and project manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing strategy for the portfolio company, from offer positioning to ad creative angles to funnel optimization
  • Direct and manage a media buyer, copywriter, and project manager daily
  • Review and approve ad creatives, copy, campaign structures, and project timelines
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks before being asked
  • Report to company leadership with clear metrics and strategic recommendations
  • Think like a business owner, not an employee

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Facebook/Instagram paid advertising experience. You must be able to run an ad account yourself, not just oversee one
  • Proven experience managing or directing a marketing team
  • Deep understanding of direct response marketing, copywriting principles, and funnel strategy
  • Experience with coaches, consultants, or high-ticket offers
  • Mandatory experience with ad budgets ranging from $100/day to $5,000+/day
  • Strong communicator. Comfortable on Zoom, Loom, and Slack daily
  • Assertive, accountable, and data-driven. You make decisions and own outcomes
  • Excellent eye for creative, copy, and what converts
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate fast

Desirables

  • Experience as an online business owner or solopreneur
  • Funnel building experience (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Experience with high-ticket coaching or consulting programs
  • Familiarity with ManyChat or Messenger automations
