We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About" paragraph describing organization, then "Position Summary". We need headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About (organization description), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (required and preferred), maybe Skills (some are within qualifications). Benefits: they mention "competitive total compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, and generous vacation allowance." So Benefits section can be included. Pay: they have compensation range $150,000 - $180,000. So Pay section. Schedule: they mention full-time, salaried, remote position. Also travel required 1-2 per year. So Schedule could include full-time remote, travel. We'll include. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove "PROCESS" etc. Also remove "Job Requirements" maybe we incorporate into Requirements? The posting has "Job Requirements" bullet list about work eligibility, travel, background check. That's more like Requirements. We'll include under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" in Pay section? Actually they said base compensation range of $150,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience. That's specific; we can include the range and note commensurate with experience as part of description. It's okay. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All sections we add have content. Let's craft:

    About the role

About is a nonprofit convener, funder, and accelerator of climate and energy leadership across the political spectrum. A national organization, seeks to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Director of Finance & Operations. goal is ambitious, durable decarbonization policy. With a bipartisan team and board, we are the only organization in the country focused on building the capacities, amplifying the voices, and scaling the impact of the entire ecosystem of civic enterprises and leaders working right-of-center on climate and energy as a crucial foundation for bipartisan policy.

But that paragraph is a bit messy; we need to preserve as is. Might need to clean up grammar but not invent. We'll keep the sentences. Better: combine the two sentences: "About is a nonprofit convener, funder, and accelerator of climate and energy leadership across the political spectrum. A national organization, seeks to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Director of Finance & Operations. goal is ambitious, durable decarbonization policy. With a bipartisan team and board, we are the only organization in the country focused on building the capacities, amplifying the voices, and scaling the impact of the entire ecosystem of civic enterprises and leaders working right-of-center on climate and energy as a crucial foundation for bipartisan policy." We'll keep.

    Position Summary

maybe not required as heading? The instruction says use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Position Summary is not in list; maybe we should not create a heading for it. Instead incorporate into About the role? But we have separate content. The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those headings only. So we need to map content to those headings. We have About the role: we can put organization description and maybe position summary there. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: include job requirements (work eligibility, travel, background check) plus maybe "Employees are required to work in the continental United States..." etc. Qualifications: required and preferred. Skills: maybe we can extract communication, analytical etc but they are already in qualifications. Could create Skills section summarizing those? But we risk duplication. Better to not create Skills if content already covered; but we could still create Skills if we have specific skill list. The posting mentions "Exceptional written and verbal communication skills", "Exceptional judgment, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills", "strong attention to detail". Could put those under Skills. However Qualifications already includes those. To avoid duplication, maybe we skip Skills section. Benefits: list. Pay: compensation range. Schedule: full-time remote, travel 1-2 per year. Let's craft. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Now produce HTML. We'll need to ensure proper nesting. Let's draft:
