Senior Director, Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Financial Operations across multiple key areas
• Drive procurement governance and strategic sourcing initiatives
• Oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance
• Manage equity plan administration and regulatory obligations
• Design and administer sales incentive compensation in collaboration with Sales Ops
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and support financial disclosures
• Promote AI-driven automation and cultivate high-performing teams

Qualifications

• 12+ years in financial operations, particularly in Source to Pay or Compensation Operations
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in a SOX-compliant public company environment
• Familiarity with enterprise-level systems like Coupa, SAP, or Workday
• Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional process transformation
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools relevant to financial operations
• Strong executive presence with a capacity to influence senior leadership
