The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra seeks a dynamic individual to join our team. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rehearsals and performances
- Collaborate with musicians and staff to ensure high-quality productions
- Manage logistics and schedules for performances
- Develop and implement performance strategies
- Engage with the community through outreach programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in music performance or conducting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Advanced level of musicianship
- Experience working with diverse musical styles and genres
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of music theory and history

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule
