Senior Director of Contracts

What You Will Be Doing?

• Research and locate Total Facility Management contracts in Federal, State, and commercial markets.
• Emphasize research in the Federal Government market through the Ability One program.
• Prepare and submit Sources Sought Notices through the Ability One process, Requests for Quotations, and Requests for Information documents.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably in the mechanical or civil engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years’ leadership experience in facility operations, maintenance, custodial, grounds maintenance, and pest management.
• At least three years of business management experience, including profit and loss responsibility and budgeting.
• Knowledge of planning, purchasing, and project management.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, analytical in nature, enthusiastic, energetic, requires little supervision, proactive manager.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to obtain security clearances when required.

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain dependable transportation.
• Must be able to travel to designated Goodwill of North Georgia and contracting locations as needed.
