Senior Director of Business Operations - OB/GYN
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall business operations of all assigned practices, as well as activities that relate to the future growth and business strategy for OB/GYN services.
Aligns operational strategy with health plan and system needs, while ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery, outcomes and constant patient focus.
Operational support strategies to address productivity, operational performance, staff retention and patient satisfaction.
Ensures appropriate prioritization and resource management to fulfill strategic objectives specific to specialty and market needs.
Exhibit strong communication, presentation and listening skills to ensure region-wide collaboration and coordination, especially as concerns physicians, employees, and the community.
Ensure positive employee relations and trust through communication, education, consistency, and dependability.
Establish trust and emerge as a leader in key initiatives and strategies to continually improve the quality and level of services provided.
Evaluate impact of practices on quality, experience, and total cost of care.
Requirements
Master’s Level or Doctorate Degree required in Healthcare related field.
Managing business operations 5+ years to support healthcare delivery services.
Financial planning and management, talent management.
Hiring, developing, and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable results among patients.
Collaborating with Acute, Health Plan and Ambulatory leaders to optimize and grow medical practice footprint.
Ensure appropriate communication.
Understanding of IT solutions to support appropriate workflows and referrals to services.
