TH Experiential is an experiential marketing and events agency with a 20‑year history, building immersive brand worlds for global clients. The company is in a growth stage, scaling the team and the business. This senior leadership role owns the day‑to‑day operating system of the agency, working remotely within the US (primarily Eastern Time) with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Operating framework and process — Own and evolve how TH runs across the full client and project lifecycle. Build the SOPs, workflows, and operating rhythms that make the work repeatable, and enforce them so projects are set up, scoped, staffed, and tracked the same way every time.
- Project delivery — Own how projects are delivered across pitch, execution, close‑out, and follow‑up. Ensure every project is set up, run, and closed out consistently so clients get clarity, consistency, and follow‑through, and the team delivers on time and on margin.
- Resourcing, capacity, and hours — Own hours forecasting and capacity planning across proposal, project, and support teams. Staff to the work in front of us, see what is coming, and plan ahead so the agency is always a step in front of the work.
- Profitability and margin — Own project profitability, ensuring every project is budgeted against real hours and costs, change orders are priced and signed before the work is done, and margins are tracked in real time. Identify where margin is won or lost and turn that into better pricing and planning.
- Visibility and performance — Build the metrics, dashboards, and reporting that give leadership real‑time visibility into project health, hours burn, margin, and operational risk without manual gathering. Surface risks early and drive corrective action.
- Cadence and accountability — Own the weekly operating cadence across functions, feeding a clear picture of priorities, owners, and outcomes up to the leadership meeting. Keep the business running to its commitments, with gaps surfaced and resolved and the right issues raised for decision.
- Developing our leads — Build the bench. Each lead works to clear expectations and a scorecard, with a regular rhythm of coaching that raises the standard of how they plan, own their areas, and bring forward solutions.

Requirements
- 8–10+ years in operations leadership in a deadline‑driven, client‑service business (agency, production, events, or similar).
- Proven experience building operating systems and getting teams to follow them; you know the difference between designing a process and making it work.
- Comfortable in the detail — you get into the work as readily as you oversee it, and you would rather build the machine than diagram it.
- Hold the line on standards; address gaps directly and raise what needs leadership attention.
- Strong at capacity and resource planning, project profitability, and building KPIs and scorecards tied to efficiency, profitability, and scale.
- Have developed managers into leaders and lead through others rather than carrying the work yourself.
- Able to hold a standard across a distributed team.
- Clear, direct communicator who leads with follow‑through.
