Senior Director of Events

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events (1,000+ attendees).
• Manage live event operations, including on-site teams of up to 150 crew members.
• Cook up with venues, production companies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Serve as the primary point of contact during events, resolving issues as they arise.
• Partner closely with C-level executives and leadership teams to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale corporate events.
• Prominent experience managing live event production and large event teams.
• Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $135,000–$180,000 (Depending On Experience)

Approximately 20 live events annually.

Events are primarily in the Miami area with minimal travel (10%) to Arizona and California.

Occasional weekend availability is required.
