About the role
This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in the Real Estate & Construction space. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Execute the company’s growth strategy for Power, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure
- Identify and analyze market trends and client investment needs
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key industry players
- Position the company in the early stages of project development to influence outcomes
- Engage clients in discussions on critical infrastructure needs for modern data centers
- Partner with teams to develop winning strategies for major projects
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or relevant field
- Over 15 years of experience in energy and infrastructure, with at least 10 years in business development
- Proven experience in data centers, power generation, utilities, and energy infrastructure
- Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level customers
- In-depth knowledge of capital project development and execution processes
- Ability to drive opportunities from identification to contract signature
- Willingness to travel up to 75% to meet clients
Pay
$200,000 – $350,000 annually
