About the role

The Senior Director of Adult’s Services oversees the strategic direction and implementation of programs designed to support the needs of adults in the community. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of adult services, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive adult service plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee program development, including grant writing and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery and expand program reach.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in adult services management.
• Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
