Director of Older Adult Services
About the role
The Director of Older Adult Services leads CASL's continuum of programs and services supporting older adults, focusing on high-quality, culturally responsive services that promote independence, dignity, health, and well-being. CASL, founded in 1978, is the largest and most comprehensive community-based organization in the Midwest, dedicated to serving Asian Americans and welcoming all.
Responsibilities
- Lead the performance, growth, and integration of Adult Day Services, In-Home Services, EverPine Care, and Pine Tree Senior Council initiatives.
- Strengthen service delivery, develop strategic partnerships, and drive operational and financial performance.
- Ensure older adults and their families have access to high-quality, culturally responsive support.
- Expand community impact, enhance program sustainability, and help older adults age with dignity, independence, and connection.
Requirements
Experience leading adult day services, in-home care, and/or senior care programs, along with a bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, public health, or a related field. Proven track record of strategic planning, community engagement, and financial management. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Benefits
