For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Marketing - Oncology, US and Canada to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will shape the growth strategy for an Oncology portfolio across the US and Canada, driving market positioning, campaign execution, and customer engagement. The role partners closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated programs that support revenue growth and market impact. It also requires translating customer insights into compelling value propositions, content, and channel plans that resonate with regional audiences. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $177,600 – $266,400 annually Responsibilities Build and execute the growth strategy for the Oncology portfolio in the US and Canada. Develop and implement annual marketing strategies with marketing colleagues and product managers. Run integrated marketing campaigns involving events and demand generation. Create customer-focused content and channel plans leveraging various digital marketing tactics. Analyze customer needs to develop relevant marketing campaigns for the oncology sector. Customize marketing materials for the US and Canada customer audience. Collaborate on impactful global and regional trade show experiences. Partner with commercial teams on strategic marketing initiatives. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing efforts. Train commercial teams on product value propositions and competitive insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. Experience leading positioning and digital marketing plans with measurable results. Proficient in developing customer-centric value propositions and content.
