This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated marketing strategy and annual calendar aligned with business goals
  • Drive customer acquisition and optimize marketing investments for revenue growth
  • Define marketing priorities and measurement frameworks in partnership with leadership
  • Lead marketing input for company planning and ensure plans tie to commercial outcomes
  • Enhance studio traffic and customer conversion through localized marketing strategies
  • Improve customer retention through effective segmentation and lifecycle programs
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and reporting processes

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in premium consumer or retail environments
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing senior-level teams
  • Proven ability to build integrated marketing strategies connecting various channels
  • Expertise in multi-channel execution including paid media and retail marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital performance metrics and channel mix optimization
  • Experience with lifecycle and retention marketing programs
  • Ability to manage creative development with internal teams and agencies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with various departments

Pay

$200,000 – $230,000 annually
