Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach and relationship building.
- Leading leasing, renewals, relocations, expansions, and acquisitions for corporate occupiers across office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Executing real estate strategies aligned with client growth, capital planning, and operational objectives.
- Negotiating favorable lease terms and risk protections for national clients.
- Advising clients on multi-site portfolio strategy, market selection, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Preparing and interpreting financial analyses.
- Growing strong relationships with senior executives at target companies.
- Contributing to the success and development of the team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience.
- An active real estate license is required; SIOR or CCIM a plus.
- Extensive experience across Office, Retail, Industrial, and Medical transactions.
- Proactive prospecting, researching, and pursuing companies nationwide.
- Strong solution selling skills and experience with complex products and services.
- Creativity and drive to succeed.
- Highly competitive with the desire to be a key contributor on a successful team.

Physical Requirements:
- Involves work of a general office nature with a medium amount of travel possible.
- Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/scanner.
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.
Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
