Senior Director Lease Administration

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop large teams of 10+ members
• Ensure quality control within lease administration databases
• Create, edit, and run reports in lease administration systems
• Mentor Lease Analysts on lease administration duties
• Oversee lease abstraction and quality control processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or related field preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting
• Minimum of 7 years in people management or leadership roles
• Intermediate to expert experience with commercial real estate database applications
• Expertise in managing multi-line global accounts with over 1,000 leases
