Senior Director, Launch Operations

Location: White Plains, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 annually

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overarching opening strategy for new VEG hospitals
• Oversee project management to ensure timely hospital openings across multiple workstreams
• Manage the Launch Execution team for optimal hospital readiness on opening day
• Oversee procurement processes for each new hospital to ensure timely setup
• Create feedback loops with RVPs and MOs to enhance launch operations
• Identify and implement improvements in the hospital launch system as VEG scales

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in multi-unit openings or operational launches
• Demonstrated people management experience leading teams and ensuring accountability
• Ability to exercise strong operational judgment in complex scenarios
• Capable of clear communication across all organizational levels
• Proven change management skills to navigate operational shifts effectively
• Willingness to dive into on-the-ground realities while overseeing launch strategy
