The mission stays the same, but the work evolves with every milestone: from first launch to reuse, high-cadence operations, and beyond.

About the Role

• Executes complex vehicle integration and pre-launch operations on flight hardware
• Supports system-level assembly, checkout, rework, and troubleshooting across structures, fluids, and avionics systems for Stage 1, Stage 2, and payload integration activities
• Resolves off-nominal conditions, verifies hardware configuration, and executes procedures with precision while protecting flight hardware and maintaining configuration integrity
• Provides floor leadership, mentors junior technicians, and partners closely with Engineering, Launch Operations, and Quality to ensure vehicle readiness and mission success

About You

• 5+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related technical field
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations
• Broad technical skill set including:
• Fastener installation and torque applications
• Secondary retention methods
• Mechanical and systems testing
• Avionics familiarity
