About the Role
Aristocrat seeks a dedicated IT Senior Director/Director Technical Business Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role bridges our IT capabilities with business functions like Product Engineering, CTO, Data/AI, and Game Technology.
What You'll Do
- Build positive relationships within IT, GIS, the CTO organization, the Product Group Engineering organization, and the Data/BI organization to ensure clear project objectives, cooperative delivery, and shared accountability.
- Understand and clearly communicate the IT governance/management process, IT/GIS organization, and the IT/GIS roadmaps to the supported Business Organizations.
- Partner with business leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and develop creative solutions where high levels of complexity and uncertainty exist.
- Deliver high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap status.
- Direct Quarterly, Fiscal Year, and Multi-Year Roadmaps amid ongoing change and rising demand, considering a mix of risk evaluations, value statements, strategic coherence, and capacity versus demand planning.
- Drive effective portfolio management including regular operations reviews and steering committees.
- Improve value delivered by developing and maintaining IT Product Backlogs, ensuring they remain aligned with customer and partner needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in computer science, project management, engineering, or related project management undergraduate course of study; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Technical knowledge related to cloud infrastructure, architecture, and established guidelines.
- PMP, Networking, and Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- At least fifteen (15) years of combined experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
- Experience crafting, managing, tracking, and reporting on yearly and multi-year roadmaps.
- Experience managing the capacity of demand of numerous teams.
- Strong experience managing projects and initiatives across the globe.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with ambiguity, and remain effective and positive under pressure.
- Located in Las Vegas with ability to work flexible hours with collaborators located across multiple time zones.
Pay
$126,000 - $234,000 per year. Final offers will be based on factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
