About the role
We are looking for a relentless, relationship-driven Senior Director of Sales to own and grow client presence in the Banking and Fintech vertical in North Carolina. This is a pure hunter role, your mandate is new logo acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close net-new enterprise accounts with regional and national banks, community financial institutions, credit unions, lenders, and high-growth Fintech companies.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with the charisma and tenacity of a born salesperson and the strategic acumen to speak the language of both technology and ROI.
- Build trust with Chief Digital Officers and other key stakeholders to turn initial conversations into long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in hunting and growing client presence in the Banking and Fintech vertical.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing new enterprise accounts.
- Executive presence and ability to command the room with C-suite buyers.
- Strategic acumen to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term partnerships with clients.
- Competitive drive and a strong desire to achieve quota attainment.
- Comfortable coordinating internal teams pre-sales, legal, delivery to orchestrate complex pursuits.
- Strong network in the Banking and Fintech sectors.
- Accountability for forecast accuracy and using data to drive decisions.
Qualifications
- Above 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the Banking and Fintech domains.
- Proven success in hunting and growing client presence in the Banking and Fintech vertical.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Strong network in the Banking and Fintech sectors.
- Executive presence and ability to command the room with C-suite buyers.
