About the role

The Senior Director, IT Enterprise Architecture is responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role oversees the design and governance of IT architectures to ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and standards
  • Lead the integration of new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IT roadmaps
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards
  • Provide strategic guidance on IT investments and initiatives
  • Manage the IT architecture team and ensure effective communication across departments

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT enterprise architecture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful architecture leadership and project management
  • Experience with major enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of IT governance and risk management principles
  • Experience with IT strategy development and execution
  • Understanding of ITIL and other IT service management methodologies

$180,000 - $200,000 annually
