About the role
Responsible for overseeing international trade compliance policies and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations across the company’s global operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive international trade compliance programs.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to compliance procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on international trade compliance matters.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address compliance issues and disputes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in international trade compliance, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex compliance projects and resolving legal issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
- Experience with compliance management systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language may be advantageous.
