We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (already present), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes "About Us" but we should not repeat job title as heading; we can include "About Us"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow the list. Probably we include About the role (they have a section "About the Role") and then Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe "Skills & Experience" qualifies as Requirements?), Qualifications (maybe "Qualities & Attributes"?), Skills (maybe "Skills & Experience" also?), Benefits (they have "Why Join Comfrt?" includes benefits). Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Senior Director International". Not present as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information; remove boilerplate like About Us? The About Us is not required but could be included as a section? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't say we cannot include About Us, but we should probably include it as it's substantive. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include About Us as a section. But they gave examples of headings; we could include About Us as an h3. Not prohibited. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is "Comfrt is an equal opportunity employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: About Us paragraph: "Comfrt is one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, dedicated to blending mental wellness, inclusivity, and elevated comfort into every piece we create. Our mission goes beyond clothing — we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen." About the Role paragraph: "The Senior Director International leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of Comfrt's international operations across all non US markets, ensuring every customer receives a seamless, on brand experience regardless of geography. This role owns international fulfillment, cross border freight, duties and compliance, carrier performance, and market expansion readiness, partnering across Operations, CX, Finance, and Tech to unlock profitable growth in Canada, UK/EU, APAC, and new markets. By translating global complexity into structured, scalable playbooks, this role directly supports revenue growth, margin protection, and long term customer loyalty outside of the US." Organisational Contribution & Influence paragraph: maybe part of responsibilities? Could be included under Responsibilities or separate? Might be considered part of role description. We could include under Responsibilities as part of narrative. But we have a separate "Key Responsibilities" section with bullet points. We'll keep that as Responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: list with percentages. We need to convert to
  • . Keep the content. We have sub-bullets under each main responsibility. We'll keep them as nested? Probably just list each bullet as
  • with the text. Could keep sub-bullets as separate
  • indented? Simpler: each line as
  • . We'll preserve the percentages maybe as part of text. We'll produce:

    About Us

    ...

    About the Role

    ...

    Organisational Contribution & Influence

    ...

    Key Responsibilities

    • ... (30%)Own the end to end international operations strategy across fulfillment, freight, duties, and returns for all non US markets.Define and manage SLAs, cost to serve targets, and service standards by market aligned to business goals.Build and maintain international playbooks that enable scale, consistency, and structured execution across regions.Drive readiness for new market launches, including 3PL selection, carrier negotiation, routing, tax/duty setup, and go live planning.
    • ... etc. But we might split each main bullet as separate
    • . We'll keep the percentages inside. Next: Skills & Experience: we can treat as Requirements or Skills. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need separate sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting has "Skills & Experience" and "Qualities & Attributes". We could map Skills & Experience to Skills section, Qualities & Attributes to Qualities (maybe Qualifications?). But Qualifications maybe not present; we could omit if no specific content. However Qualities & Attributes could be considered Qualifications. We'll include Qualifications heading with that content. We also need Requirements: maybe we can treat Skills & Experience as Requirements? But better to follow: Skills & Experience -> Skills section. Qualities & Attributes -> Qualifications section. Requirements maybe not present; we could omit. But we need to preserve all substantive information. If we omit Requirements, we lose nothing because the content is covered elsewhere. However the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So if we don't have a distinct Requirements section, we omit it. Thus sections: About Us, About the Role, Organisational Contribution & Influence, Key Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, Benefits. Check Benefits: "Why Join Comfrt?" includes benefits: generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, discounts on all Comfrt products, flexible remote environment. Also mention purpose-driven company, supportive creative environment, passionate team, etc. We'll capture that. We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure no extra whitespace? It's fine. Let's craft. We'll escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
