Senior Director, Institutional Valuation Practice

Responsibilities

• Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes with less time spent on personally completing assignments
• Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets
• Inspect properties for tier 1 clients, where client interaction can be a benefit to growing the business, and/or if coaching a junior team member
• Attend at least two local commercial real estate events per year and volunteer for one board/leadership/committee position within AI/IRWA/ULI/etc.
• Represent the JLL brand: optimism, intelligence and collaboration
• Provide solutions

Requirements

• Continue participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skillset, including people management and business development
• Previous Argus Enterprise experience required
• Previous institutional or client management experience preferred
• Moderate travel for business development/property inspections will be expected
• Able to cover multiple asset classes and geographies
• Able to maintain professional licenses in multiple states as is required by the team

Qualifications

• Maintain state licensing for specific geographic focus and pull temporary practice permits when required
• Minimum 3 years of holding CG license
