Senior Director, Valuations

Responsibilities

• Lead a designated territory and appraisal team
• Drive revenue growth through new business and client relationships
• Review and ensure quality and compliance of appraisal reports
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards
• Support business development by managing client relationships and inquiries
• Cultivate new client relationships through outreach and networking
• Provide market insights and thought leadership through publications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Business
• Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years in commercial/multifamily real estate valuation experience
• Active Certified General Appraiser license required
• MAI designation preferred

Pay

$150,000 – $175,000 annually
