Senior Director Hospital and Patient Services

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Hospital and Patient Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote leadership role will guide hospital and patient services strategy, with a strong focus on field execution, staff development, and operational consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to launch initiatives, improve service delivery, and strengthen admissions processes. This position also supports training, conference planning, and the rollout of new programs and materials at a national level. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic marketing plans Launch field pilots of new products or services in collaboration with product management Drive field testing and rollout of marketing materials and campaigns Facilitate training meetings and develop training curriculum for staff Plan and oversee national conferences and marketing efforts Monitor and evaluate operational policies and staff performance Analyze field reports to optimize admissions processes Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience 5+ years of experience as a manager or in a senior managerial role Minimum 2 years as a director of hospital and patient services Strong management and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Benefits Opportunity for professional development and training Engagement in strategic initiatives at a national level Collaboration with senior leadership and various departments Travel opportunities for conferences and meetings Direct supervision and mentorship of hospital and patient services staff Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
