Senior Director, HEOR/RWE - GI

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve HEOR/RWE strategy for the company's oncology assets
• Align research design with Medical Affairs and Development leadership
• Deliver HEOR/RWE tactics with quality and timeliness
• Lead partnerships with payers, HTA agencies, and global consortia
• Communicate critical value insights to internal teams
• Present research findings to stakeholders to aid decision making

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, or patient-reported outcomes in biotech or pharmaceuticals
• Experience in oncology HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) development
• 10-13 years of relevant experience with advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
• Track record of high impact publications in HEOR/RWE topics
• Proven success in influencing payer/HTA strategy and integrating HEOR in clinical development
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly
• Ability to lead evidence generation initiatives and communicate HEOR value
