Senior Director, Field HEOR

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HEOR researchers and in-house teams to develop customer-centric research strategies
• Leverage understanding of access environment to execute integrated evidence plans and RWE research
• Develop and execute strategic HEOR/RWE tactics aligned with timelines
• Provide leadership and expertise in RWE and access through cross-functional teams
• Communicate critical RWE insights to HEOR and Medical Affairs leadership
• Present research findings to internal stakeholders to facilitate decision-making
• Lead initiatives addressing access, reimbursement, and HTA challenges

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of relevant strategic HEOR experience with an advanced degree (DrPH, PharmD)
• Deep expertise in health economics and outcomes research primarily in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to independently conduct HEOR research across asset lifecycle
• Experience in developing customer research collaborations
• Track record of high impact publications in HEOR/RWE and developing value evidence for U.S. payers
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills for clear technical presentations
• Deep knowledge of managed care and HTA trends with established relationships in the field
