Senior Director, Health Systems Executive - West

About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management for top health systems and develop partnership strategies
• Coach and develop sales teams to achieve account execution goals
• Create and implement growth plans aligned with business objectives
• Utilize the company Business System tools for performance monitoring and gap analysis
• Ensure rigorous funnel management and accountability for sales execution
• Oversee complex commercial processes and negotiate high-stakes deals
• Attract and retain top talent while setting performance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences; Master’s degree preferred
• 18+ years of progressive commercial experience in a similar industry
• 5+ years of experience leading dynamic sales teams
• Ability to create and execute sales strategies with both strategic and tactical capabilities
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and market share expansion
• Strong understanding of healthcare business economics and value chains
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships across various levels

Pay

Compensation: $230,000 – $265,000 annually
