Senior Director, GSI Sales

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $175,000 – $210,000 annually.

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global GSI partnership strategy
• Translate long-term objectives into actionable annual plans
• Prioritize key GSIs and target markets for revenue maximization
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners
• Lead governance and accountability activities for partnership success
• Manage global co-sell and co-delivery processes
• Collaborate with sales and services for strategic account growth
• Foster a data-driven, innovative team culture

Qualifications

• 18+ years in marketing, sales, or business development in technology
• 8+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams
• Proven track record in enterprise sales and revenue growth
• Experience with GSIs like Accenture or Deloitte
• Deep understanding of consulting and managed services sales
• Strong familiarity with channel and partner sales models
• History of developing and executing multi-year partner strategies
