About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of global compensation programs aligning with business goals
- Oversee global equity refresh strategies and develop competitive equity programs
- Manage the annual compensation planning timeline and ensure effective governance across business units
- Design and implement comprehensive global benefits programs that enhance employee engagement
- Oversee vendor and broker relations to optimize benefits costs and service levels
- Champion health and wellness initiatives that align with company culture
- Conduct pay analysis and deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of deep total rewards experience, focusing on global equity structures and executive compensation
- Experience managing global benefit plans within a high-growth, global enterprise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Master's or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with advanced data modeling experience
- Proven record in navigating cross-functional relationships and managing large-scale budgets

Pay
$240,000 – $285,000 annually
