About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design and evolution of global compensation programs
- Architect and manage global equity refresh strategies and bonus plans
- Oversee annual compensation planning and governance processes
- Design and implement global benefits programs for a diverse workforce
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers and third-party administrators
- Champion global health and wellness initiatives aligned with company culture
- Conduct complex pay analysis and deliver insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 10-12+ years in total rewards with global equity and compensation focus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
- Professional certifications like CCP or CEBS are an asset
- Advanced data modeling and analytics skills
- Hands-on experience with modern compensation and HR systems
Pay
$240,000 – $285,000 annually
