Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition

You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s global hiring strategy
• Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team across regions
• Ensure predictable hiring outcomes through capacity planning
• Collaborate with executives on headcount and hiring targets
• Manage talent acquisition operations and system integrity
• Expand the external partner ecosystem for talent sourcing
• Enhance candidate experience and uphold employer brand

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading talent acquisition in fast-paced settings
• 8+ years managing and developing recruiting teams
• Strong background in data-driven recruitment models
• Expertise in filling technical and complex roles
• Experience with global hiring and employment laws
• Proficient in managing external staffing partnerships
• Fluent in recruiting analytics and systems utilization

Pay

$231,500 – $289,400 annually
