Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition

You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Align and strategize with the VP to create a global talent acquisition strategy
• Enhance the global employee value proposition through strategic initiatives
• Partner with leadership to anticipate and fulfill future talent needs
• Manage global RPO and oversee Contingent Worker budget
• Cultivate a culture of accountability focused on speed and quality
• Utilize metrics to inform and optimize hiring strategies
• Drive innovation in recruiting processes and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related talent functions
• Experience managing a global RPO arrangement
• Proven ability to effectively partner with senior executives
• Strong experience in data utilization for transformation and process improvement

Pay

$220,700 – $353,100 annually
