Responsibilities
- Align and strategize with senior leadership on global talent acquisition
- Execute and enhance the global employee value proposition
- Collaborate with talent strategy leaders to improve hiring processes
- Anticipate talent needs and develop proactive pipelines with HR teams
- Oversee third-party RPO and manage contingent worker spending
- Create accountability for hiring metrics focused on speed and quality
- Drive innovation in technology and processes to enhance candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or related functions
- Experience managing global RPO operations
- Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and decision-making processes
- Strong background in data-driven organizational change and process improvement
